Steve's video commentary for the day
After getting to the Canadian border
about 7 pm on July 2, we reversed route and headed
towards the Red Meadow Campground for the evening 27 miles away.
Setting up for camp.
We packed and departed the morning of July third
and had breakfast
in Columbia Falls and lunch on the way to Seeley
Lake. We ended up
bypassing part of the route on pavement and got back on the
dirt after lunch.
We continued on to motel it in Helena, Mt.
Various photos from the day.
The first leg of the GDR from the border, 27 miles July 2nd and 297 miles July 3rd.
